The surveys
Four surveys, none of them sent yet.
Four draft surveys about the Catalyst Collective, an ongoing membership, by invitation. Sameera's call on September 9 stands: no survey goes out until the strategic council says so. These are working forms so the council can test the questions by answering them. Responses are stored privately (only the count is public) and are treated as test data until Colton flips a survey to live.

Notes for the council
Before anything goes out
- Who sends it, and to whom first, is still the council's call. The alumni list lives with Sameera. Justin Plough is on the focus-group list by name.
- The video pairs with the alumni survey. The plan is a 60-second explainer from Matt, Sameera or Colton watched right before the survey, so the concept is fresh. The script is in the library.
- The fit finder is the prospect's version of a survey. It stores nothing; it points people at their room. The prospect survey here adds a way to follow up.
- Test freely. Everything submitted before a survey goes live is marked test and ignored in any tally.
