A timer the whole
room can read.

The Forum Timer is the meeting timer from Forum Playbook. Tap a time, set it in the middle of the table, and let the color do the talking: green means talk, gold means land the plane, brick means the music is coming.

The Quick Timer

Tap +2:00 and go. Add time mid-run, chain timers ("3 minutes, then 2"), and save the cadences you use every meeting. Type any duration on the microwave keypad, SET chip up top.

Bars or Clock Face

A full-screen fill that drains as time passes, or an analog dial with the flip points notched on the rim. Tap the display to switch. Both turn green, gold, then brick at the same thresholds.

Agenda Mode

Run a full forum agenda: one-word check-in, member updates around your roster, Deep Dive protocol phases. It holds at zero until the moderator moves on, then reports planned vs. actual.

Overtime With Manners

At zero the music enters clearly, pulls back so the speaker can wrap up, then builds until the room surrenders. Seven public-domain melodies, synthesized live in piano, guitar, or chime.

Nothing Leaves Your Browser

No accounts and no meeting data collected. Templates, roster, cadences, and settings save on this device, and that is the whole data story.

Built for the Table

The screen stays awake while a timer runs, the tab title carries the countdown, and the clock is drift-free. Turn the volume up and tap once to unlock sound; the browser insists.

Coming soon to the iOS App Store

This web app is the full timer, free, right here. The native iOS app is in the works for the things a browser is not allowed to do: alerts that play through the silent switch and Do Not Disturb, automatic full brightness, and torch signals on the back of the phone for the people sitting behind it.

CHANGELOG
  • Web 1.1.0 (2026-08-10): Colton's first-look round. TYPE A TIME button on the idle dock (the keypad was hiding behind the SET chip up top; now both open it). Running controls grew up: full-width PAUSE and STOP with words on them, a gap above so they read as their own row, and a labeled PRE-TIME CHIME dropdown that also carries the room signals (screen flash on/off, sound / vibration / silent). "Set up your phone for the table": a subtle walkthrough button on the timer (and in Options) with the exact iPhone and Android steps for brightness, Auto-Lock, Attention Aware, ring switch, and Do Not Disturb. Chain-timer and cadence tools stay under ⋯.
  • Web 1.0.0 (2026-08-10): First web release, ported from the Forum Timer iOS app v1.1. Quick timer with bars and clock-face displays, chained timers and saved cadences, microwave keypad, light and dark themes, Agenda Based Timer with the Standard Forum and Express templates, editable rosters and custom templates, planned-vs-actual summary, seven synthesized public-domain overtime melodies in three instrument voices with the duet layer, three Time's Up intensities, pre-ending alerts, screen wake lock.
