An evolving model · v2.1.0
Already built
Everything that exists, and what each thing is for.
Everything built so far for the Catalyst Collective, an ongoing membership, by invitation. Two earlier surfaces carry most of the thinking. The long-form working draft is the argument in full. The Three Tracks Kit is the dark set of pages that lets a prospect find their room and lets the council rip a survey apart. Both stay where they are; this page just makes them easy to reach.

The Three Tracks Kit
The dark pages
Built September 10, updated for the Collective on September 17 and 18. Some pieces are what prospects and members see; others are for the strategic council and nobody else. Each card says which.

Every built asset in one place, with who each piece is for. Present from here.

Eight questions, two minutes, no wrong answers. Weighs team size, systems and dependence over revenue, and points people at their room. Nothing is stored.
Try the fit finder InternalThe Sample Survey
Fourteen questions for current and former Catalyst and Bridge members, built from the September 8 huddle and Matt's memo. Ready to rip apart. A working version lives on the surveys page here.

Why tracks instead of thresholds, why the quiz weighs complexity over revenue, and which parts of the argument stay in the room.

Their documents, in full, under their names
Documents individual members sent in, kept under their names. A perspective is a suggestion for the council to weigh. It is not the concept, and it is not where the group landed. Both full texts stay on the council's own sandbox address, inside the council.
EO Catalyst: Bridging the Gap to $1M
Her brainstorm, emailed September 17 with #Calvin: three populations ($1M Ready, Growth Gap, Foundation Gap), a Stage 2 that is earned, and implementation over curriculum. Shown in full and in her words, beside the concept rather than folded into it. The original Word file is on the page.

Jay's earlier sketch of the whole journey, discussed with Colton and Richard and re-sent September 17 with #Calvin: Catalyst, Ascent Nashville as the middle membership (Catalyst graduates, revenue up to $2M, Ascent-only forums, $1,750 a year, scholarships), EO Nashville with a higher revenue minimum and current members grandfathered, and a Summit tier for 15-year members. Shown in full and in his words. Council material.

The logo files
SVG and PNG, light and dark
The lockup is always stacked: CATALYST on top, a rule the full width, COLLECTIVE beneath it. CATALYST is the wordmark from eonashville.com, traced to vector so it stays sharp at any size. COLLECTIVE is Roboto Black, EO's typeface. The colors are EO's own: base navy for CATALYST, EO Blue for the rule and COLLECTIVE, and white with a light blue on dark backgrounds. SVG for anything that scales, PNG (2400 pixels wide, transparent) for decks and documents. If the name changes, these change.
