Inside the app

Your forum

Members, who moderates, who presents next, and when you meet. The next meeting sits on the home screen.

The parking lot

Every parked topic, EQ and IQ, longest waiting first. Pull one at random when the room needs it.

The meeting

Block by block: whose turn it is in type the room can read, what this minute is for, and who is next.

What it does

• A timer the whole room can readGreen, then gold, then red, on a clock face or full-screen bars, with alerts that play through the silent switch.
• The meeting, block by blockThe Standard Forum as a real four-block meeting: whose turn it is in type you can read across the table, and the rest rebalances when you add a minute.
• Your forumThe roster, the rotation, the next meeting, and reminders that count back from it.
• Decisions and the debriefHousekeeping captured while everyone is still in the room, then the recap email in one tap.
• Your 5% reflectionsWrite them, or photograph the sheet you filled in by hand. Private, on your phone.
• The field guideFoundations, facilitation moves, open coaching, retreats and cheat sheets, searchable offline.
• HistoryWhat every meeting actually took, block by block, and where your forum keeps losing time.
