TestFlight is Apple's official app for trying new apps before they reach the App Store. It is free. Download it now so your invite opens with one tap.
Get TestFlight on the App StoreUse the email tied to your Apple ID
The one you use for iCloud and the App Store. That is the address your TestFlight invite will be sent to.
Bring your forum
Add your forum mates' email addresses if you want your whole forum in. Each person still accepts their own invite, and signing up with that address places them straight into your forum's profile.
